Maruti Suzuki Celerio Milano Edition: Stunning New Look & Features

Maruti Suzuki Celerio Milano Edition: Maruti Suzuki, India’s most loved carmaker, has always been known for offering new and attractive options to customers. Launched in November 2021, the new Celerio has cemented its place in the premium hatchback segment by replacing its previous generation. While the new Celerio is making waves in India, in some markets like Thailand, Suzuki is still selling the old Celerio along with its sporty version, the Celerio GL UP. But this time, Suzuki has made another bang – the Celerio Milano Edition. This edition comes with many attractive accessories and dual-tone color, which makes it much more attractive than the existing model. Let’s take a deeper look at this special edition.

Attractive Look of Celerio Milano Edition

Suzuki has introduced a unique blend of retro and modernity with the Milano Edition. It has custom colorways as well as many accessories like roof carrier, which give it a unique identity. The base colour of this edition is white, on which beautiful shades of teal (blue-green) and gold have been used.

Magic of Dual-Tone Paint Scheme

The most special thing about the Celerio Milano Edition is its dual-tone paint scheme. There is a prominent pinstripe around the car, which divides it into different colours. This pinstripe starts from the headlight, passes over the door handle, goes to the rear tail light and also intersects the tailgate. The upper part of this pinstripe is white and the lower part is teal. Apart from this, there is also a second pinstripe that runs around the car and gives an effect similar to the body cladding seen in an SUV. The lower part of this second pinstripe is gold in colour.

Golden Touch

The gold shade can also be seen on both ORVMs (side mirrors), all five door handles and all the logos and branding on the car. Even the stock alloy wheels have been given a dual-tone treatment, which are finished in teal and gold shades. The roof also gets a dual-tone effect, with the base shade being white and vertical gold stripes. The roof carrier is also finished in white and gold shades. All these things together give this vehicle a premium and stylish look.

Engine and Performance

In Thailand, the Celerio K10B is equipped with a 1.0L naturally aspirated 3-cylinder petrol engine, which is capable of generating 68 PS of peak power and 90 Nm of peak torque. It is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox or a CVT unit. This engine is suitable for both city traffic and long-distance travel.
